EKI 4.1. making bread

Students in year 4 have been working about the process of making bread: since the seeds are grown, the cereal (wheat) is taken to the mill to get the flour and all the ingredients are mixed to bake the dough in the oven until finally the bread is ready to eat.

At the end of the unit, they made different bread rolls at home following the recipe worked in class. On the videos underneath 👇 you can see what different shapes and sizes they prepared.
